Are you a competitive athlete at Northern Arizona University? Are you interested in learning more about how to recover more quickly? How to prevent injury? Come join us in our third session, and part 2 of recovery. Inflammation, sleep, hydration, and alcohol will be discussed related to recovery time and injury prevention. If you've been injured or sick recently, this is the session for you. We will be cooking up a delicious salad dressing recipe and be making sandwiches and wraps!
