  • A Life Coach is a supportive mentor who helps you conquer situations that come up in life. Whether it is getting back to basics with food, relationships, careers, or just navigating life circumstances. Life Coaching is personalized one on one encouragement for change.

    Your Life Coach will personalize each session in a professional and caring manner.

  • Nutrition and food counseling, meal prep and cooking (especially plant based meals), massage therapy, and walking and hiking.

  • Sessions are by Zoom, phone, or in person.

    Payments are processed through Paypal.

    Frequency and duration of sessions will be decided by you and Chloe!

Chloe Sutliffe, Certified Health and Wellness Coach

Hiking in the Grand Canyon

Chloe is a self-proclaimed certificate queen. Outside of a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Health, she holds 4 certificates. Massage Therapy – Licensed and Certified, (a passionate therapeutic therapist), Life Coaching Certified by WellCoaches (an understanding mentor with many life experiences), Dental Assisting (well this was not a calling but a great learning experience), and Plant-based Professional Chef by Rouxbe (certificated along with being a co-owner in three plant-based restaurants).  Each of these certificates along with life experiences helps balance her knowledge and skill in helping others.

Because of her passion for cooking and coaching Chloe continues to be involved in community outreach programs and cooking videos. She is passionate about helping others with their health and personal journey.

Outside of the kitchen and coaching Chloe enjoys outdoor activities such as gardening, hiking, and trail running with her standard poodle. Her love for the Grand Canyon has compelled her to complete several Rim2Rim hikes. She continues to cook nutritious foods for her family and friends along with adjusting recipes to suit the palate of all.
